Fantastic Samsung LN46B550 TV for the Price
I upgraded from 10 years old, 27 “Samsung TV, it is not surprising that I like the new series. I’m seeing FiOS TV via HDMI, Wii and 480p DVD via cables. I’m not a videophiles but everything looks a lot like me. With the default settings, the blacks are black and many colors seem very natural. And after watching some NBA games, I do not regret most transmission of 120 Hz from the B550 model. The sound is excellent for viewing and most of the lots, but I recommend at least a pair of external speakers for the purpose of movies and heavy music programming. The remote is easy to use and you can change input sources with the touch of a button. A single button cycles through the modes of zoom and I use often when watching SD programming to eliminate the black bands. The TV’s menu system is easy to navigate and has more options I need. The only adjustment made to reduce the brightness of the backlighting (there is also an energy saving setting that does the same). Quick Setup. Although there were instructions for the assembly of the stand is pre-assembled. Took 2 people to lift and guide the TV in the booth, and the 4 screws that are needed to ensure support for the TV. During the first tension, television asks some questions and you’re ready to go. I recently bought this Samsung LN46A550 to LN46B550 after the owner of approximately 2 months (who has just returned to Costco). I was very pleased with the LN46A However, when Amazon offers a model for B, less than what I paid at Costco ($[. . . ] including transportation costs) for model A, j have taken the opportunity to return the original TV Costco within 90 days of the return policy and improve LN46B. I am so happy to have made that decision. LN46B550 The image is much sharper than the LN46A (A has a rate of 30,000:1 and B has a ratio of 70,000:1), colors are more vibrant and the sound is even better than the old model. I have my TV connected to a surround sound system using the Onkyo TX-SR606 receiver and Polk Audio speakers (two purchased from Amazon) and could not be happier. When they finally jump to a home theater system, I do not think they could get a quality system for less than $ 2500 – $ 3000.
